Two bedrooms and use of fold out couch for 5th person add $75 per night
10% discount for period of 2 weeks or longer, not during high season,call owner for details
$1500 deposit will hold reservation
60 days prior to the reserved time we require balance of payment along with a $1000 security deposit For 2 persons - 3/4 persons add $500 additional Refundable Deposit -5th person add $250 Refundable Deposit.
Cleaning fee- $300 per week for 2 persons and $375 per week for 3/4 persons. Add $50 for 5th person
